In compliance with the Money-back Guarantee Program, Senate Bill 240 (2023) amended section 1011.803, Florida Statutes, the following three Career and Technical Education programs will be subject to the Money-back Guarantee Program: Dental Assisting Technology and Management, Practical Nursing, and Surgical Technology.

Self-pay students in these programs have 30 days to apply within six (6) months after their program completion date. To be eligible for a tuition refund, students must meet the Money-back Guarantee Program requirements listed below. Please see the Business Office for a tuition refund application.

Program requirements to receive a tuition refund through the Money-back Guarantee Program:

• Successful completion of one of the programs listed above
• Earned industry certification/licensure associated with the completed program
• Student attendance of 90% or higher
• Student program performance with a grade of 70% or higher
• Student program performance with a grade of 70% or higher
