Transcript Requests

To request an official college transcript from the previously attended campus, follow the steps below:

  • Download the transcript request form from the previously attended campus.
  • Complete and sign the request form.
  • Double check the Previous Campus Names list below to make sure you have selected the correct campus name for your request.
  • Include a money order or check payable to Orange Technical College.
  • Mail your written request to the address provided on the selected form, along with a copy of your driver’s license, state ID, or other form of identification showing your name and date of birth.
  • Note: Transcript copies are $5.00 each.

Important Notice About GED Transcripts

GED transcripts and diplomas may only be obtained from the Florida Department of Education. For instructions on how to request your GED transcript or diploma, please visit the Florida Department of Education website.

Note: GED transcripts cannot be requested through OTC campuses. Please do not send transcript request forms or money orders to our campuses as we are unable to fulfill these requests.

Our campus names have changed over the years. If you attended one of our campuses under a previous name, double check the list below to make sure you have listed the current campus name on your transcript request form:
